We will talk about your business or your idea. Where it’s at right now, and where you want to get it to. The questions we ask will be straightforward. You don’t need to prepare for this.
2.
We identify what you need to do, specifically for your business, to get your product to market successfully and monetize on it.
At that point we also know if Innovation Drive is a good fit for your needs.
(If it isn’t, we will probably be able to recommend something or someone else that would be a better fit.)
3.
If Innovation Drive is the right choice for your business, we can talk about the different trajectories we have lined up.
Of course, you'll be able to ask questions as well.
And just so you know in advance, the pledge for working with us to embed the Innovation Drive Program into your business starts from as low as US $2,900, which is fully refundable for people who get 100 paid customers or a functional prototype by demo day in week 14 of the Pre-Seed Accelerator Program. Ask in the call why we like to pay back your pledge if you reach your goals.
We have a price point for almost every budget, which means every mom & pop inventor has the opportunity to fulfil their business goals.
Here's what will NOT happen
This Strategy Session is not a trap where all sorts of sales tricks are used to make you choose something you don’t want.
We have never worked that way and we won’t start doing that now.
Instead, it’s a chat between two adults to see if Innovation Drive is a good choice for you.
Our meeting is also not a coaching call, where we tell you what to do and then send you off to figure things out on your own.
One-off coaching wouldn’t work anyway. You would fail to implement effectively without ongoing expert guidance and support.
It's better that we are upfront with you about what it takes to embed the Innovation Drive Program, rather than have you think you can implement on your own, and then end up frustrated and disappointed when it doesn’t work out that way.
And here's what we need from you before you book a time to chat...
The cohort based Pre-Seed Accelerator Program, which is ideal for many inventors and entrepreneurs, starts with a fully refundable pledge of only USD 2,900.
We have lined up several partners who offer products and services every start-up needs. Combined, they offer over USD 20,000 of benefits which are yours to have and keep when you join one of the programs.
There is a prototyping fund in the making and we have lined up investors. Both can get your start-up on the fast track if you qualify. But, just in case you don’t, you need to have (access to) a budget for prototyping your idea.
And if they apply to you, we may also talk about other options to get you where you want to be with your idea. We figure that out together in the call, based on your needs and your budget.
We will spend this time chatting with you at no charge. The only thing we ask in return, is that you come to the meeting seriously committed to embed a product development and launch system in your business, and that you can afford for us to work together if we agree that it’s a good idea for you.
Otherwise, there really is no point in us meeting -- because if we both agree that Innovation Drive is a good fit, but you can’t afford it, then we’ll both be disappointed.
